ICUMSA 200 sugar is a refined crystalline cane sugar graded with a maximum ICUMSA colour value of ~200 units, giving it a standard white to light cream/amber colour (darker than ICUMSA 45 and 100–150 grades). It is food-grade sugar suitable for a wide range of applications where very high whiteness is not essential but consistent sweetness, solubility, and purity are important.
